Good point you bring up. I’m quite familiar with Malcolm Gladwell and I’m always thinking about the 10,000 hours. I’ve been working at my craft (photography) for the past 15+ years, professionally and as a hobby (Other than sleeping, it’s about all I do). I’m sure I have at least 10,000 hours logged in and you know what, it really is only the beginning. Every day is filled with the desire to exceed even further than the first 10,000 hours have gotten me.
