I felt some small connection to your post as soon as I read "Lance Armstrong". No better analogy to making it in almost anything than using Cycling as the example. I no longer follow Lance like I used to, but being in the business of selling, repairing, and riding bikes, I know what it takes to be good at that sport. Three has never been my favorite as it seems flats on my bikes always come in threes.

Regardless, a very well done post with clearly defined categories. I would say I am probably a two. I cannot seem to resist the urge to write. I am not disciplined nor do I even have a clue as to where I would like to take my writing. I just want to be the best writer I can be. Anyway, I appreciate your thoughts and will use them as I try to determine how far and where I take this writing thing.

Awesome.

I'm definitely on the fringe. I have to be one of the world's worst procrastinators (I'm working on that!) and at this rate my first book could be one of excuses!

Thanks for this. I'll put it into action.
